Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Sourcing
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Screening and Evaluation
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
Interviewing
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Job Posting
Draft and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms, ensuring accurate representation of roles and responsibilities.
Talent Pipeline
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding
Contribute to enhancing the organization’s employer brand through effective communication and relationship-building with potential candidates.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
